1. Products

We sell downloadable digital files (spreadsheet templates and guides) as described on the product page. Nothing is shipped.

2. Prices and payment

Prices shown at checkout include any applicable VAT or sales tax. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Where Stripe Managed Payments is used, Stripe/Link acts as merchant of record for the transaction and its terms also apply.

3. Delivery

After successful payment you are redirected to your download page and receive a receipt by email. If you can't access your files, contact us and we'll send them.

4. Right of withdrawal

By completing your purchase you request immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the download has been provided. This does not affect your statutory rights: if a file is faulty or not as described, contact us and we will repair or replace it, or refund you.

5. Licence

You receive a non-exclusive licence for personal use or use within one business. You may not resell, share, sublicense or redistribute the files, whether modified or not.

6. No professional advice

Our products are organisational tools and do not constitute tax, legal or accounting advice. You are responsible for the rates, figures and decisions you use them for.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our total liability is limited to the price you paid for the product.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of mandatory laws of your country of residence.
